The Tui Na. What is that?

Tui Na massage is one of the five branches of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) and one of the least well known.   It is often provided in conjunction with other TCM disciplines such as acupuncture, Qi Gong, and Chinese pharmacopoeia.

These are dynamic and vigorous manual techniques to soften tense muscles, untie joints, fascias and muscle fibers, thus allowing the realignment of tissues in their appropriate axis.   Tui Na also helps to optimize the circulation of body fluids as well as energy circulation in the meridians.  certain structural and energy problems.   It is, of course, very effective for musculoskeletal and radicular pain (pain usually due to compression of a spinal nerve root near the spine), and very beneficial for internal disorders (metabolic disorders such as digestion or disorders of the nervous system).

The Tui Na of the organs, meanwhile, is specific to them and helps to restore communication/synergy between them, allowing the restoration of their optimal systemic functioning.   The therapeutic synergy obtained with acupuncture and Tui Na, allows a complete and effective treatment as well as a method of prevention against several health problems.  Seasonal acupuncture and Tui Na treatment is a good way to maintain good health.
